Strength Starts with Proper Technique
The SkyFit Jiu-jitsu program at Filatova, 38 is designed for children and teenagers. Training develops coordination, strength, discipline and self-confidence.
Jiu-jitsu teaches children not to rely solely on physical strength. They gradually master fundamental movements, body positions, balance and safe ways to work with a partner.
REAL TRAINING PROCESS
Step by Step Toward Confident Movement
Each class begins with a warm-up and coordination exercises before children move on to technique and partner work. The coach monitors safety, explains each task clearly and helps everyone progress at their own pace.
Regular practice develops endurance, strength, self-control and the ability to be part of a team.
